Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Amex, and PayPal. All sensitive credit card information is encrypted. PayPal is a secure, online payment system. Anyone may register as a PayPal user. The service is completely free.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within NY state. All other states are exempt.

Returns
Our aim is to give you exactly what you want for your event. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, you may call or email us within 7 days of receipt. Most of our orders are custom made, therefore understandably not returnable.

Non refundable applies to custom & personalized items, food & perishables (almonds, chocolates, general confectionery, candles).

Sale, special offer and clearance items are non returnable.

If the item is returnable, it must be in it’s original packing and original condition.

You must get approval for a return from us first. Call 914-243-3699. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Refunds, less original shipping charges will be made when the return is received and checked. We ask that you return orders by UPS or FEDEX so that they may be tracked, if necessary.

Please Note: There is a 20% re-stocking fee on all returned orders.

Samples
 Need to “see one first”? By all means order just one favor item (subject to availability). We want you to be happy with your choice!

Custom
 Although we have attempted to give you a wide variety of styles to choose from, we know you have your own ideas! Nothing is written in stone with us, so if you see a box you like, but want to add an embellishment from something else, let us know! We specialize in custom favors.

Shipping
 We offer UPS ground shipping on all orders. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box, so Priority Mail will also be used in those instances. Orders over $750.00 will be shipped free within the continental United States.

Rush shipping is also available for an extra charge -
 Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Air and Saturday delivery.

Please Note: Any items containing chocolate or those that may be sensitive to heat must be sent by Next Day or 2nd Day air plus special packaging may be required for an additional charge as indicated in the item details on the web site. English Elegance cannot guarantee the merchandise will arrive in good condition if this method of shipping is not accepted.
